Warren & Holt is the passion project of husband and wife team Mat & Sophie Budzevski born from an 'aha' moment after a serious health scare. They’ve worked closely with head chef Nik Jovicki and registered nutritionist Steph Wearne to create a memorable food experience. The aim is to share the health and environmental benefits of choosing locally and ethically sourced produce, presented as close to its whole state as possible without compromising on taste.
Open for breakfast, brunch and lunch 7 days a week, Warren & Holt offers flexible food choices suitable for those with allergies or those preferring a gluten free, vegan, dairy free or anything-free diet. Almost everything on the menu can be modified! It’s all about creating an inclusive, delicious and nutritious food journey with transparency at its heart. It is a truly seasonal celebration which proudly showcases local produce.
